This laboratory is led by Professor Volpatto Enrico, a professor at SUISM in Turin and a consultant for Ciofs-FP Piemonte who has carried out the exercises at home to convince you that it is possible and easy to start immediately. At the CIOFS-FP Piedmont Enrico started on-the-job courses in a large project of education on well-being at work and holds wellness courses for companies.

In short, from now on you will have a simple, easy, updated and always new archive, to stay healthy, improving your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
