## Description

TreatHF is a clinical decision support Chrome extension that delivers individualized, guideline-based therapy suggestions for symptomatic heart failure patients. Clinicians enter patient indications to receive tailored next steps for medical therapy, including initiation, titration, and monitoring recommendations. Generate and export concise, printable patient summaries by email or print for care planning and follow-up.

Content is derived from the 2022 AHA/ACC/HFSA Guideline for the Management of Heart Failure, the 2023 ACC Expert Consensus Decision Pathway for HFpEF, and the 2024 ACC Expert Consensus Decision Pathway for HFrEF. This tool is intended to support—but not replace—clinical judgment; therapeutic decisions should be made by the treating clinician in discussion with the patient.
