Open a new window with the first tab in a specified  container 

<b>Usage:</b>
<ol>	<li>install the add-on </li>	<li>click the toolbar button/icon</li>	<li>click the "create" link beside the container you want</li></ol><b>Notes: </b>
<ol>	<li>		<i>Permissions:</i>
		<ul>		  <li><b>contextualIdentities</b>, to create the containers</li>		  <li><b>cookies</b>, to assign the container cookies stores</li>		</ul>		This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose.
		If you think this could be improved please let me know by opening an issue and i will try to look into it.
