Open in IE™ is a Chrome extension designed to seamlessly open any link in Internet Explorer from your browser. Works in Incognito Mode
First add-on that works correctly for opening links in IE

Can open in an InPrivate window (similar to Incognito)

Doesn't open links in Normal Mode

It does work with any link, however after trying to get it to work, I found it only opens links when the "Open in Incognito Mode" option is checked. I have not been able to open any link in "Normal Mode".
