## Description

add an option to the bookmark context menu to open tabs as pinned

<b>Usage:</b>
<ol>	<li>install the add-on </li>      <li>right click on a bookmark or bookmark folder (for example in the bookmark sidebar or toolbar) </li>      <li>in the context menu select "Open pinned"</li>       <li>the bookmark or bookmarks will open as pinned tabs</li>      </ol><b>Notes: </b>
