## Description

adds a context menu to the bookmark folders to open direct children inside a new window (Does essentially the same as SHIFT+L_MOUSE) 

<b>Caveat:</b>
The "Folders" "Bookmark Toolbar", "Bookmark Menu" and "Other Bookmarks" 
dont work, since Firefox seems to treat them differently from other user created folders. - Not sure if this is a bug or intentional.

<ol>	<li>install the add-on </li>       <li>right click on a bookmark folder, which contains at least one bookmark</li>     <li> in the context menu, click on the "Open in New Window" entry. </li></ol><b>Notes: </b>
