Scribe helps me to record step by step the how/where/what of these requests and I can either create a generalized one for multiple users or meet the specific needs of one requester. I love the way we can edit the steps and add additional directions as needed. It provides clear visuals and chunked out instructions in a way that is more accessible than a video or self created screen shots. The embedded links are also helpful to the end user.
