Most reviews are negative. The most common complaints are that the app crashes on opening or login, shows a recurring 'unknown error' message, and fails to display or find bookings. Users also say there is no English language option and that the app redirects them to the website. A few reviewers say it is nice when it works and has potential, but praise is rare and reviews describe it as largely unusable.
