I want to say that this app is briliant, as a struggling student this app saved my life, yes my LIFE. it stopped me from spending years of my life on my phone and it taught me that boredom is a gift and using my phone is just killing creativity. Highly reccomend, even the basic plan. the PRO PLAN IS AMAZING! i would buy it even if it was with all the money i had because it will 10x your productivity, in fact im shocked that it is so cheap compared to its competitors like OPAL and ROOTS. brilliant app, its the only one on my phone, note that im not a bot and i didnt receive free stuff, i was just absolutely enlightened after using this for 2 years on how thankful i am for this (i do gratitude journaling) and im just passing on what i said in my journal rephrased, then i decide why not just post it!!

Really great extension. I would say time saver. I have unconsciously ran YouTube many times but just by holding for one sec, I am able to bring back my awareness.
