I've been using the app since it was called relax.io. it's very straightforward . I have the paid version so I don't have to deal with ads. I like that it has a bunch of different sounds. The nature noises are good for sleeping. The "ambience" sounds, especially the coffee house are good for blocking the distraction of conversations when I'm trying to concentrate at work.

Realistically, you'll have to pay $200+ USD annually to make this app usable. I've had it for about 5 years, but the ads are now worse than anything I've ever seen, taking minutes of interaction to get through and having a chance of popping up every time you make any kind of interaction. I started only opening the app to hit play, but they have increased the frequency such that you still get stuck. God forbid you want to change a volume. I finally gave up and deleted it.
