The game keeps faulting and freezing in the middle of the game. Also, it gives me a false message stating that I've been idle during 3 times or more. It has pushed cards out of my hand and caused me to lose several times. My partner thinks it's me and sends bad emogies. This has happened numerous times, and I have reported this problem. However, it has not been corrected.

Ros, 2024-06-13Chat doesn't work for me as it has for several years. It might be because I'm always telling people to play faster so they aren't relying on the computer, they should think and strategize for themselves (it's cheating) and it makes the game long and drawn out. You get banned, I'm assuming, for wanting to have a pleasurable experience. Other than that I love this game. Had to come change my rating from 5 as I've asked several times about this and noone responds to resolve. Bad customer service!
