Not sure what this extension thinks it is doing, but it isn't doing what it's advertised to do. Tried this extension on a couple of paywall sites with limited visits which re-enable access if the site's data is manually removed through the Chrome settings, and this extension only made the sites think I had visited even more times than I had, versus resetting/initializing the site visit counts. Sigh. Uninstalled.
