Tijuana Civil Alert is a citizen-led Civil Protection app designed to inform, prevent, and support the community in risky or emergency situations in the city of Tijuana.<br><br>The app allows users to view preventive notices, relevant alerts, Civil Protection information, and maps with reports and service areas.
