That right there tells you they care about their product and even if one person has a problem with their wallet, their whole team diligently works to fix it. They kept me updated through the whole process, and were very detailed in explaining things to me. They saved me money that if I used another wallet service, I would most likely of lost it. I can’t recommend this app enough, easy to use, updated regularly, passionate customer service that still keep things anonymous. 5/5 A+++
