Our application helps young people fight addictions by offering support, motivation and tools to help them maintain abstinence. We see how many of our peers struggle with addictions - research shows that as many as 37% of teenagers have tried marijuana, and 66% of students aged 18-19 regularly drink alcohol.

One of the key functions of the application is a counter that measures the abstinence time, helping to track progress and build motivation for further change. Users can also add notes from each day, recording their thoughts, successes and difficulties. Thanks to this, the application becomes a personal diary that helps you better understand your own emotions and habits.

We want to show that overcoming addiction is possible - and that anyone can get through it with the right support and tools.
