## Description

Etix Scanner allows Etix venues and organizations to scan in their customers to events using the camera on your Android device. Etix Scanner can be used alongside our other scanning devices to help speed up entry to your events, scanning barcodes and QR codes from paper tickets or the screen on your customer’s smartphone. All scans are synchronized with the Etix ticketing system to prevent duplicate and invalid tickets.<br><br>Note: You must be an Etix client and have ticket validation permissions to use. Please contact Etix Client Services with any questions or feedback at clientservices@etix.com.<br><br>Etix Scanner for Android enables you to:<br><br>- Scan tickets using the device camera<br>- Pre-load ticket data onto devices to speed up the scanning process<br>- See a complete history of scans on each device<br>- Look up and redeem orders by last name or credit card<br>- Manually enter serial numbers if barcodes are unreadable
