Webtext brings the power of SMS text messaging to your enterprise contact center. We are the leading experts in text messaging for Avaya, Cisco and other major vendors worldwide.
The Webtext Live Chat Chrome extension allows Webtext users to communicate with their customers via SMS text message, from a threaded chat window, similar to an IM conversation. The user can 'chat' with multiple cellphones in parallel. Notifications inform you if you receive a message while working in another application, or while the LIve Chat app is minimised.
- Initiate a chat session with any SMS-enabled phone
- Save frequently used numbers as contacts
- Save frequently used responses as canned templates
- If your toll-free or landline number is SMS-enabled by us, anyone texting your number will trigger a new chat session in the Live Chat app.
