en | I 1000% have to agree with Jim, NO AUTO-SAVE!!!! I've had no issue with this until now I've been using constantly because it is a great text editor. I spent an entire day on 1 assignment, and was so glad to have it finally done, but I was so tired I forgot to plug my laptop in, you can only imagine how devastated I was, still kind of am. No auto save is an absolute deal breaker w/ ADHD remembering little things like that I'm oblivious to, especially when it's part of every other writing app. AUTO SAVE NEEDS TO BE ADDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Until that happens I'm looking for a different app that does have auto save because I cannot afford to have to redo assignments when time is everything. |

en | Update: After writing a few pages of code I realized that the text editor doesn't scroll, there is no feasible to move around a page except for painstakingly moving cursors with the keyboard. Since it's not vim it doesn't have robust navigation functions. 5 star app. The best text editor for native Chromebook. Please don't move to web app that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. 100% of the productivity work one does on Chromebook is offline and most people cannot suffer the loss of all of their productivity as soon as a good wifi signal is lost. Also it is the most insecure practice I've ever heard of, collecting virtually all of the utility data of all of the chrome users through third party apps that have to be constantly connected to the internet to transfer data. Please don't make the move. That'll be Chromebook suicide. |

en | I really like this editor but one issue ruins my experience everytime, and that is, this app never ever goes out of floating mode, its annoying, whenever you click on another app to change your focus and work over there, THIS APP STAYS OVER THEM, and wont go until i minimise it or drag it awayyy!!... I hope this wont be the issue with its webapp version (isee chromeapps are going away :'I ) |
