## Description

The MIDI Player Chrome extension enables seamless playback of all types of MIDI files, including the latest MIDI 2.0 format, directly within your browser. It supports popular MIDI file formats such as .mid, .kar, .rmi, and .midi2, automatically detecting MIDI content in hyperlinks and audio tags on web pages for instant playback.

For enhanced sound quality, users are encouraged to install the Jazz-Plugin and Jazz-MIDI extension. Note that due to security restrictions, MIDI files must reside on the same domain as the referring page or on CORS-enabled servers.
