Import recipes from supported links on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and cooking websites with AI. Track calories, protein, carbs, fat, sugar, and fiber, set daily nutrition goals, and generate grocery lists automatically from your meal plan. A home-screen nutrition widget provides quick progress updates, while Premium adds multiple plans, custom templates, and unlimited sync. AI nutrition estimates are approximate and not medical advice.
