What is the Clubhouse App and how can you get started on it?

So you've probably been hearing about Clubhouse left and right, and you're starting to feel like you were left out of the club. In this post, I'm going to break down what the Clubhouse app is. I'm going to explain the new social media platform and how you can go about accessing the Clubhouse because it is unlike any other social media. Clubhouse launched back in April, but only recently, it has been gaining a ton of traction with some celebrities and high profile people using the platform like the game and Kevin Hart, to name a few.

And the accessing piece is essential here because, at the current time of filming this video, Clubhouse is an invite-only social media platform.

To access the app, you have to be invited by somebody who's already on there. As of right now the app only works on IOS but any iPhone user can go into the App Store and download clubhouse. I strongly recommend that you do because even if you don't have an invite, you can reserve your username if you download the app. And as we know, these usernames become precious real estate on the social media platform.

But to access the features and be a clubhouse user, you have to receive an invite from somebody already on there. So to answer both of the questions that you probably have right now, yes, I do have more invites, and people who subscribe to this extension/rate it 5-stars will be entered into winning an invite. And the second piece is, why are they still invite-only? this is because they just don't have the infrastructure in place to currently support a public release that would potentially lead to millions of people flooding the platform.

That's why they're keeping it invite-only, slowly spreading the word organically to different communities. And clearly, it's working.
