This is a free app without limitations and without advertisements.
The content of the e-mail is generated from a Word-document, so this includes markup and images.
Inside the Word-document, merge-fields can be used to include specific information from the user you are sending the e-mail to.

So for example you can do the following:
- add multiple people to your mailing list with their names, e-mailaddresses and extra information
- make a nice document in Microsoft Word including markup and pictures
- upload the Word-document in the app
- send an e-mail to everyone by selecting your document
- every person will then receive their personal e-mail

You can also send an e-mail to one specific person.
It is advised to send an example e-mail to yourself to test how your e-mail shows up on various e-mail programs.
Since the Word-document is converted to an e-mail, this sometimes might have strange effects. Best not to make the Word-document too difficult.

Instructions for first time users of the app.
Since the app requires some technical knowledge of your e-mail settings, it is suggested that you use the demo-account for trying out this app.

Follow these instructions:
- open the app for the first time, hopefully your Internet-connection is active
- you get a question about using the demo-account, confirm to use this
- the app will already show a few example users
- create a new user or select a user and change it to your own name and fill in your own e-mailaddress
- inside the user-screen you can select settings (probably the three dots in the upper-right corner)
- select the 'Send e-mail' setting
- select an example document
- the server will convert the document into an e-mail and send it to you
- after about a minute, the e-mail should appear in your e-mailclient

Instructions for more professional users, this however requires some technical knowledge of your e-mail settings.

Follow these instructions:
- if you are stuck with the demo-account, then reset all the settings for this app
- open the app, choose not to use the demo-account
- fill in your e-mail settings, save them and your account is created
- in the settings-screen you can upload a new Word-document
- you can add users and send e-mails
- contact me if you ever wish to remove your account, or just change your password to an invalid one

- SMTP-port: 25
- secure connection: on

E-mail settings for Google-accounts (like gmail.com) are:
- SMTP-server: smtp.gmail.com
