Unlike other extensions that claim to block or mask news, this one really works. If you see a headline with "Donald Trump," simply add that phrase to this extension and the stories AND pictures will be redacted in black. It is important to note that if a headline just has "Trump," then you need to add another entry with that one word and then those articles will also be redacted. It will take a bit to add your words and phrases as they come up in articles, but the time invested is worth it. In just 48 hours, I have been able to have my Google News feed focus on news I want to see, not what the lamestream media wants me to see.
