The SveikAs app is a tool that helps the user monitor his mental health, collects and presents personally relevant mental health indicators for everyone. Using the app develops greater awareness of mental health, empowers and motivates the user to follow treatment recommendations, and consistently pursue recovery.
In order to better manage the relapse of the mental disorder, the app provides reminders about the prescribed medications. At the specified time, the user receives a reminder to take the corresponding medicine. And a link to the information sheet of the drug is also provided next to it - so the user has easily accessible information that points to a reliable source. The use of medicines is registered: the person indicates whether the medicine has been consumed or not. And this summarized information is presented in a picture, thus providing an opportunity to monitor drug consumption.
The app regularly asks the user relevant questions about psychological well-being, mental health difficulties and other health-related factors. The obtained results of introspection are displayed in pictures - so you can consistently monitor their changes. Based on the data provided by the user, the app provides recommendations prepared by mental health specialists.
In the app, you can create your own mental health recovery plan: record your personal recovery goals and specific actions to help you achieve them. The adjacent reading room offers valuable information on mental health, as well as links to trusted websites.
The app provides the contacts of the person's mental health center, and after entering information about an appointment with a mental health specialist into the calendar, reminders of this visit come.
