Granny horror is a scary first person escape game to enjoy online and free. You woke up inside a really uncomfortable hospital, full of blood-filled messages and no one to help you. There's only one person inside: a cold-blooded masked killer. Your goal in each of these levels is to get out of that creepy place without making a noise or being spotted by your killer.
