Didn't work at all, my scroll still worked but it didn't stop YouTube from adjusting the volume when I scroll on the playback window. Big sad DD:

ok so, this new "feature" does need to be removed because its bad, true. but this extension just makes it so scroll does nothing, not even scroll :p also some youtube clips just stop working with this extension enabled...
