QDoc Jet

The QDoc Jet application is designed for managers of public and commercial organizations to work on tablets or smartphones. QDoc is available for Jet.

QDoc Jet enables:
- view documents, archives and e-mail attachments;
- review of documents using graphic and text comments;
- giving consent and electronic signature to documents, including formalized documents;
- consideration of documents and making a decision on them;
- assigning tasks and monitoring their execution;
- with the help of widgets, get quick information about the performance order, the workload of employees and the efficiency indicators of the company's business processes;
- review the list of upcoming consultations and documents on them, add materials, monitor the execution of tasks according to the consultation;
- work in QDoc systems with several systems at the same time.
An important advantage is the ability to work without the Internet (in offline mode), which allows you to review, check, agree and sign documents, develop and execute tasks. All changes are automatically synchronized when you are online.
The application interface is adapted for managers to work on tablets and smartphones. For example, minimal efforts are made to review the document and make a decision on it.
