## Description

UmitPlus is a mobile app for people experiencing emotional crisis, suicidal thoughts, or facing psychological difficulties.<br>The app helps them better understand their condition, assess their level of psychological well-being using validated questionnaires, create a personal safety plan, and use self-help techniques to reduce emotional stress.<br>UmitPlus includes:<br>questionnaires for assessing emotional state;<br>a safety plan—a personalized action plan if their condition worsens;<br>contact information for trusted people, specialists, and local support services;<br>the ability to quickly contact selected contacts;<br>self-regulation and psychological support techniques.<br>The app can be used independently or in collaboration with a doctor, psychologist, or psychotherapist to monitor their condition, discuss questionnaire results, and develop a personalized safety plan.<br>The app was created with program-targeted funding for the topic &quot;Pre-suicidal Attitudes as a Complex Indicator and Object of Monitoring: A Population-Based Study of Adolescents and Young Adults in Kazakhstan,&quot; IRN BR24993083.
