※ Overview and main functions
1. What is Smart Self Health Check?
: Self-health check provided to customers using the customer guide app at Hallym University Medical Center
The system can check the health status by itself through self-diagnosis for each disease,
To provide preventive measures for each disease according to the self-check result and to link counseling/treatment
This is a developed mobile application.

2. Main function
① Self-check questionnaire by disease
-Depression (adult depression, child depression, elderly depression)
-Dementia (cognitive function screening test, forgetfulness)
-ADHD
-Risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease * Risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease to be opened later
- High blood pressure
-Metabolic syndrome (self-check. Simple analysis, total calories per day) * Self-check, simple analysis to be opened later
-Eat lightly
-Obesity
-No smoking (dependence on cigarettes, my smoking habits)
② Self-diagnosis result
-Display diagnosis according to the content of the survey
-Provision of information such as causes/symptoms/treatment methods/prevention habits by disease
③ Telephone connection and request for consultation
-Telephone connection: Direct telephone connection to the department in charge of the hospital
-Request for consultation: Contact the applicant by phone after inquiring the application by the department in charge of the hospital.
④ OCS counseling program for dedicated departments
-Connection of consultation and medical appointment through OCS consultation program

※ This app can only be used by Android 6.0 or higher (Marshmallow) users only if they have permission to make calls and manage them. Please allow the permission to use the text that pops up during execution, and if you want to set it manually
After selecting Settings>Application Management> Smart Self Health Check app
Please allow the phone option in the permission item before using it.
