## Description

Kaptur lets you capture, annotate and organize web screenshots during OSINT investigations, audits, or research — entirely locally, with zero telemetry.

<strong>Captures</strong>
- Visible tab screenshot or custom region selection
- Each capture stores the URL, domain, page title, and timestamp
- Forensic banner with ISO 8601 timestamp + SHA-256 hash burned in

<strong>Annotations</strong>
- Draw arrows, rectangles, text, highlights, blur zones directly on captures
- Auto-incrementing numbered markers
- Full undo/redo (Cmd/Ctrl+Z)

<strong>Organization</strong>
- Sessions with name, description, and color
- Tags with autocomplete and kebab-case normalization
- Notes with autosave per capture

<strong>Search</strong>
- Full-text search across names, URLs, titles, domains, notes, tags (Cmd/Ctrl+K)
- Operators: <code>session:</code>, <code>domain:</code>, <code>tag:</code>, <code>html:</code>, <code>media:</code>

<strong>Export</strong>
- Single PNG download with customizable filename templates
- Full session ZIP archive
- <code>.kaptur</code> database backup and restore

Everything is stored in IndexedDB. The extension makes zero outbound network requests.
