2023-08-03	Kh*****	Very useful application with a lite weight. It supporta custom fonts, user can use any font for any language. Please add support for right to left languages, also add a feature to create PDF of documents so that it will be convenient to get documents printed in the same format. Thank you developers.

2022-08-28	So*****	I didn't like this immediately because the lack of ability to use accessibility settings especially voice commands. Unable to control by voice command and/or gaze detection, as well as causes issues using voice command to function out of it (open app, close this app, etc.) I suppose I could use it by turning the grid on and tediously going square by square but I'd rather just pay for a notepad that has accessibility settings.
2022-03-21	Ju*****	This app hasn't been updated in years as the developer has decided to focus on an advanced version available separately. It doesn't include critical features such as access to files on the SD card, and is therefore practically useless. Use it only if you want to edit files exclusively in the internal storage.
2022-02-21	Ep*****	It's good but creates too many text files for the same one, meaning if you create a text file already and save it once saved and if you reopen it and add more notes to it and here it won't save the changes on the same tex but creates another new text file instead with a bar after .txt (.txt-) and obviously you can open the new created text file except if you rename it and take the bar (-) off. Just don't waste your time.
2021-12-30	Da*****	I used to love this app but when I upgraded my phone it doesn't work anymore on the newer Android. I had a ZTE zMAX pro running 6.0.1 and this app works great. And I upgraded my phone to a Moto g play 2021 running 10 and the app is pretty much unusable now. The cursor and touch editing in select cut and paste functions is all messed up. When you try to drag the selection it just goes all over the place and not where your trying to drag it.
2021-12-21	Ch*****	This is such a wonderful app, I've put it on every phone I've had. It's my go-to for writing, both fanfics and my own original works, because it's incredibly easy to use, beautifully customisable and, while it's sophisticated, it isn't sophisticated enough to be distracting. I can set down and easily edit paragraphs, dialogue etc and worry about formatting later, which is exactly what I need. Also it has precisely zero adverts getting in my way. Best text editor out there.
2021-05-15	Pe*****	I used the Pro version for years and thought it was great. Recently there was one problem after the other: Jota would close my file for no reason, the tool bar would disappear, etc. I got no response from the developers, so I finally gave up and switched to another less capable but more dependable app.
2020-11-04	Ra*****	scripting macros needs to be easier. should be a menu button. recording macro steps is tricky. need to be able to save/recall macros instead of re-do of macros. -would be nice to select single words quickly. -would be nice to have a "word count" feature for documents -would be nice to open multiple instances of jota with different documents -side-by-side documents compare would be a good feature
2020-10-30	Sk*****	I see other apps like ES Explorer and Total Commander which have editors which can edit files on SD card so there is a way to do it. Newer Android's OS file access is not backward compatible. App needs to update to handle SD card file access restrictions. One feature I have on all my favourite desktop text editors even the really simple ones, Jota does not have. I would really like if I highlight URL in text file that I have an option to open that link in my default browser. I keep a lot of URLs from snippets that I collect in a text file. Currently I have to copy and open a browser and paste it in.
