Poorly managed app: it worked well for a short while, then suddenly I could no longer access the site & had to re-enter my ID or PW, but was told they were 'wrong' (though I'm 100% sure they were correct). Requested a new ID & password and entered my email address to receive an email with instructions (& security question) but... that email never came! Do better, NHK! |
