When operators scan a customer's lift pass card with the app, the loaded tickets for use that day will be displayed. Simply cancel the tickets and provide service. This allows customers to use tickets at the ski resort without opening their smartphone.

Scanning a ticket:
When you open the app, a screen for scanning your lift pass card will appear. When you hold the app close to the customer's lift pass card, a list of loaded tickets that can be used that day will be displayed.

Exchanging a ticket:
When customers tap the ticket they want to use from the list, details will be displayed. Confirm the details and give the customer a final confirmation that they wish to exchange it for. When they press the "Redeem" button at the bottom left of the screen, a warning message will be displayed. Press "Redeem" again to complete the process. After completion, the operator will provide the customer with the products and services they need to exchange their ticket for.
