Pick a position → write down a problem → write down what to improve.<br>BJJ Kaizen Note is a simple notebook for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that turns the PDCA (kaizen) cycle of your training into a notepad.<br><br>Capture the problems you run into (usually the opponent&#39;s reactions) and what works against them, with as few taps as possible. Your notes naturally grow into your personal playbook.<br><br>■ How it works<br>- Add your positions (e.g. De La Riva, Closed Guard)<br>- Add your attacks from each position<br>- Add problems — what the opponent does that troubles you<br>- Write notes on any position, attack, or problem<br><br>■ Mark problems as solved<br>When your answer works in sparring, check the problem off as solved.<br>The progress chart shows problems found vs. problems solved over time, so you can see the holes in your game closing.<br><br>■ Private by design<br>- Works fully offline.
