Summary
This extension adds popups on hover of skill links when visiting the http://divinityoriginalsin2.wiki.fextralife.com/Skills page. I did not find an easy way to navigate the skill descriptions, especially for a new player, and felt this was a quality of life improvement.
Note: this extension uses jQuery and jQuery hoverIntent plugin.
