## Description

Helios Eventi is the field app for staff managing entrances to events managed with Helios. It&#39;s the companion to the Helios Web management software: events, registrations, and tickets are configured online, and the app takes care of the check-in process.<br><br>WHAT IT DOES<br><br>• QR scanning — scan the ticket code and receive an immediate outcome: valid entry, ticket already used, or unrecognized code. Control is centralized, so the same ticket never passes through multiple gates.<br><br>• Real-time attendance — the event dashboard displays registered attendees, attendees who have entered, missing attendees, and occupancy percentages, updated with each check-in.<br><br>• Guest search — if the QR code isn&#39;t legible or the guest doesn&#39;t have their ticket, search for them by name or ticket code and validate entry manually.<br><br>• Guests at the door — registers attendees who show up without registration, with their name, surname, contact information, and notes for the welcome.<br><br>• Entry History — View entries recorded during the shift.<br><br>• Multiple Events — If you&#39;re following multiple events, choose the one you&#39;re working on and the app will filter everything accordingly.<br><br>DESIGNED FOR THE GATE<br><br>Large-touch interface, designed for use with one hand while holding the badge with the other. Scan sequentially without having to go back a step.<br><br>REQUIREMENTS<br><br>Helios Eventi requires a Helios account provided by your organization. Registration is not possible via the app; the event administrator creates the credentials. An active data connection is required to validate entries.<br><br>For activation information, contact your organization or Helios support.
