“SenaSistemi Cloud” is Senasoft's cloud solution for managing personnel and SenaSistemi attendance detection and access control devices. It is possible to access the system with 2 types of credentials:
1) Administrator - to view attendance, hours worked, list of employees and list of present/absent, device status (online/offline)
2) Employee - to view attendance, hours worked, to insert a recording with the communication of the geographical position and the status (entry/exit).
"SenaSistemi Cloud" complies with the G.D.P.R, as the accounts (administrator/user) are different for each user. There is also an access log. It is possible to use “SenaSistemi Cloud” with most “SenaSistemi” devices. The devices to be managed can be positioned inside or outside the local LAN network.
