## Description

MechatronIQ is the mobile app connected to the desktop management software for small workshops and technical businesses.<br><br>The app allows you to work from your phone during daily activities: record voice notes, attach photos, open cases, consult customers and vehicles, track estimates, invoices, and collections.<br><br>Main functions:<br>- Record voice notes from your phone<br>- Transcribe and organize notes in the desktop management software<br>- Manage customers and vehicles<br>- Create and consult estimates<br>- Manage invoices and documents<br>- Track portfolio and collections<br>- Attachments, photos, and documents linked to cases<br>- Work via a local network with the workshop PC<br><br>MechatronIQ is designed for small businesses without a dedicated IT infrastructure that want to easily manage their daily workflow: from notes collected in the workshop to estimates, invoices, and payment tracking.<br><br>To use the app, the MechatronIQ desktop package must be installed on the business PC. The phone connects to the management software via guided configuration and a QR code.
