Clack

The CLACK mobile app is the primary operational tool for field technicians. The app allows for ticket management and assigned work orders, with calendar and list views, and filters by status, priority, and urgency. Operators can access work order details, enter work reports, attach photos, update task status, and receive push notifications. The app also includes notification management and access to pay-as-you-go work orders that have not yet been assigned, allowing operators to take charge of them if operationally available.
