## Description

ISAPark, the complete parking management, consists of the following modules:<br>1) an app for Android smartphones / tablets, which allows you to raise the penalty for non-payment or for expired terms. This penalty is immediately received by the cloud server and uploaded to the database, to allow immediate processing of the same, for example by making it available to parking meters enabled to pay penalties. The app allows you to enter the penalty with a few simple steps:<br>a) entry of the license plate (by OCR scan or by manual imputation),<br>b) insertion through lists of the type, the factory and the type of vehicle,<br>c) entering the position via GPS detection or from a list,<br>d) any photo of the vehicle,<br>e) definition of the type of CDS article; this step can be<br>automated if the issuance of the ticket from the parking meter is subordinated<br>when entering the vehicle license plate, because the app can know<br>immediately if the plate being checked is defective due to the absence of the title or its expiry.<br>Other data, such as date and time, and the auxiliary who raises the sanction, are added automatically by the system.<br>The app also allows the auxiliary to view a list of the sanctions issued and to integrate them with any dispute data.<br>The app allows you to print the notices, in the format decided by the<br>managing body, on portable Bluetooth chips.<br>2) A cloud database for storing data, such as app control tables or system operating parameters (for example, the interval needed to transform a penalty into a verbal). The database also hosts the scheduling of the automatic daily sanctions unloading process.<br>3) A series of communication interfaces that allow parking meters to interact with the<br>cloud database, reading or writing information about it.<br>4) A centralized system, which allows for example to:<br>-) manage app control tables,<br>-) manage the operating parameters of the system,<br>-) view or download the sanctions issued on file,<br>-) view or download summary statistics of the sanctions issued on file.
