## Description

**Smartplan** is an all-in-one workforce scheduling app for managing shifts, rotas, working hours, absences, overtime, and team communication. View upcoming shifts, track schedule changes, clock in and out with GPS verification, manage breaks, and monitor real-time shift progress.

Employees can swap, pick up, or hand over shifts, submit vacation and sick leave requests, update availability, review attended hours and salary details, and receive notifications for important activity. Teams can use messages, file sharing, and rota day messages to collaborate. Administrators can create rotas and shifts, approve absences and swaps, manage employees, and monitor punch clock activity from their phones. Smartplan supports multiple accounts and Danish, German, Norwegian, Swedish, and English languages.
