First of all, I requested to cancel Guardio app because I didn't see any improvement on the problem I have with Spam and viruses. Instead of cancelling my subscription as I requested, I was charged $14.99 for the app. No relief from the problems. Yet outrageously I was charged the full subscription for a service that hasn't improved the situation in any manner.

The app worked well the first day with browser protection, but it stopped working a few days later. That’s the only reason I got the trial. I’ve also seen many complaints about unauthorized charges, so if this happens to me, I’ll dispute it. My card is paused, so attempts to charge it won’t work. I’d appreciate it if you could release the $15 hold. I don’t want to deal with any issues just refund the hold, as the app didn’t perform as expected.
