## Description

DeltaSleep tracks your sleep phases and snoring — entirely on your device. No<br>internet connection is ever used. No account required. No data leaves your phone.<br><br>WHAT IT DOES<br>• Detects sleep phases (Awake, Light, Deep) using your phone&#39;s movement sensor<br>• Detects and logs snore events with adjustable sensitivity<br>• Shows a nightly hypnogram so you can see how you slept<br>• Exports your data as CSV or JSON — your data stays yours<br><br>PRIVACY BY DESIGN<br>DeltaSleep has no INTERNET permission. It is physically incapable of sending<br>data anywhere. No analytics. No crash reporting. No telemetry. Everything is<br>stored in an encrypted local database in your phone&#39;s private storage.<br><br>HOW TO USE<br>Place your phone face-down on your mattress, tap Start, and go to sleep. Tap<br>Stop in the morning to see your results. That&#39;s it.<br><br>OPEN SOURCE<br>DeltaSleep is free and open-source software licensed under GPLv3. The full<br>source code is available on GitHub. You can audit exactly what it does.<br><br>PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED<br>• Microphone — used only for snore detection while the session is active.<br>  Raw audio is never saved.<br>• Foreground Service — keeps the tracker running reliably while you sleep.<br>• Notifications — shows the persistent &quot;recording&quot; notification required by<br>  Android for foreground services.<br><br>No location. No contacts. No calendar. No network.
