## Description

TextBaseRenamer is a bulk file rename app based on plain text.<br>Once you choose the target folder, the app lists file names in the text area.<br>This app renames files from the &quot; Before &quot; text line as a source name and the text line of &quot;After&quot; as the destination file name.<br><br>- If both &quot;Before&quot; and &quot;After&quot; have the same text line, just skip that entry.<br>- If you delete a line from both areas, the app does not touch that file.<br><br>If you need elaborate text operation, you can use any editor app you want via clipboard.
