Their scope of personal representation will include employees employed in conventional, express, and industrial dry cleaners and/or receiving centers for new and used clothing; intermediaries; hat and/or cap factories made of felt, fur, wool, cotton yarn, synthetic yarn, and derivatives and/or any other material, regardless of its name, including workers and/or establishments dedicated to the distribution, marketing, and/or sale of the same; industrial, mechanized, and automatic laundries for new and used work clothing, bedding, towels, tablecloths, carpets, fabrics, mops, tow, and rags; laundries in hospitals, clinics, sanatoriums, nursing homes, restaurants, hotels, inns, and on ships and vessels flying the Argentine flag; establishments that pre-wash all types of clothing; receiving centers, wholesalers, retailers, suppliers, and intermediaries for laundry services; regardless of the companies or systems used to provide such services, their specialty, and wherever such activities are carried out; and any passive employees who have reached this status while performing their activity. It also includes workers who work under any modality and/or category in establishments where they wash and/or dry, and/or perform sterilization and/or sterilization processes, and/or prepare surgical packs, and/or process new and/or reused clothing, and/or mend, and/or dye, and/or iron work attire, and/or bed linen, and/or towels, and/or tablecloths, and/or carpets, and/or fabrics, and/or mops, and/or tow, and/or rags, etc., as well as those dedicated to the washing of new clothing, fabrics, and all types of unused clothing for pre-washing, stonewashing, spot washing, dyeing, brushing, color lowering, ironing, etc. through the application of production and/or finishing process techniques; in an electromechanical, automatic and/or manual manner, using physical, chemical and/or natural means, created and/or to be created, whether the aforementioned activities or processes are carried out on clothing or other garments or listed articles owned by third parties or owned by the laundries, or whether the activity is carried out for third parties' and/or own purposes, whether at a commercial and/or industrial level and/or for subsequent marketing, whatever the main activity may be, with the removal and delivery of the garments or listed articles being included within the production process, in vehicles that are at the laundry's disposal.
