## Description

bagevent is the on-site companion for event organisers running check-in at the door.<br><br>CHECK IN WITHOUT A NETWORK<br>Download the attendee list before the doors open and keep scanning when the<br>venue wifi fails. Scans are queued on the device and uploaded when the<br>connection returns — nobody waits at the door because a router dropped.<br><br>SCAN ANYTHING ON A TICKET<br>QR codes, PDF417 wallet passes and Aztec codes, with no mode switching.<br><br>KNOW WHO IS IN FRONT OF YOU<br>Every scan shows the attendee&#39;s identity — Attendee, VIP, Speaker, Exhibitor,<br>Staff, Press — and which zones their ticket opens. Configure up to three<br>registration fields to show on the scan result.<br><br>BADGES AND TICKETS<br>Queue badges for printing as people arrive, reprint a failed one, and pull up<br>an attendee&#39;s e-ticket when their phone is flat.<br><br>COLLECTION POINTS<br>Run lunch vouchers, gift pickup and zone entry as separate collection points,<br>each with its own rules for repeat collection and proxy pickup.<br><br>STAFF DEVICES STAY IN SCOPE<br>Staff join a post by scanning a code — no account needed. Their device can<br>scan and admit, and nothing else: no orders, no refunds, no payouts.<br><br>Requires a bagevent.io organiser account.
