## Description

Intention puts a coach between you and your distracting sites instead of a wall.

When you open a site on your blocklist, Intention pauses the page and starts a short conversation with an AI coach. Give it a real reason and it grants you timed access. If you're just drifting, it helps you notice and close the tab.

<strong>Bring your own LLM.</strong> Connect your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Groq. There is no subscription, no account, and no developer server. Your key and all your data stay in local extension storage on your device.
