## Description

Instagram Media Controls adds a clean, minimal media control bar to Instagram Web videos, including Reels and feed videos.

Instagram's web player does not always provide the playback controls users expect. This extension adds a lightweight overlay so you can control videos directly without leaving the page.

Features:
- Play and pause videos
- Scrub through the video timeline
- Adjust volume and mute/unmute
- Change playback speed from 0.25x to 3x
- Open Picture-in-Picture when supported
- Use fullscreen controls
- Save your preferred speed and volume
- Hide Instagram's duplicate audio overlay on the active video

The interface is intentionally transparent and unobtrusive, designed to stay close to Instagram's own visual style.
