Currently supports Facebook, with YouTube and Instagram in progress. Key controls:
<ul><li>Cover Photos / Videos / Short-Form — replace media with PHOTO/VIDEO placeholders</li><li>Reveal — progressively longer hold times each time you peek, resetting daily</li><li>Reels — block infinite scroll, hide the Reels button</li><li>Comments — dead-button comment inputs on feed posts and Reels</li><li>Lock system — lock any setting behind a math problem or email-a-friend challenge so it's harder to undo impulsively</li></ul>
