## Description

Esta extensión actúa como una herramienta de accesibilidad multipropósito con las siguientes características:

-Cambia el tamaño y el peso del texto
-Añade contraste.
-Invierte los colores.
-Cambia la fuente (Arial, OpenDyslexic, Atkinson Hyperlegible).
-Lee el texto de la página en voz alta, con o sin resumen. La extensión incorpora un modelo de resumen de IA llamado BART, pero la funcionalidad de resumen puede no funcionar siempre debido a la carga del servidor y al costo de mantenimiento.
